Join us at VX Vineyard on Saturday July 17 for a wonderful summer menu prepared by the Pences’ shared family style.

We’ll start the evening with Baked Ricotta cheese w/Crostini, and a taste of Vercingetorix 2008 Pinot Gris.

Your fabulous evening continues with :

Grilled Radicchio Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing, Blue Cheese, and Herb Croutons

Slow Grilled Pork Shoulder stuffed with Roasted Sweet Onions and Glazed with Honey and Roasted Garlic

Fried Corn Roasted Potato Salad with Curry

Seasonal Berry Crostada And of course each dish paired with a delicious Vercingetorix Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc or Pinot Noir.

Memorial Weekend 2010

Please join us for Memorial Weekend when our tasting room opens for another season of fabulous wine tasting. We will be tasting several fabulous wines including Pinot Noirs, Pinot Gris and releasing our new 2009 Pinot Blanc.

Our Pinot Blanc is a delicious light varietal, great for summer drinking! Pair this wine with any fish and chicken dishes, cheese and crackers or just by itself! We will have complimentary breads, cheeses and chocolate covered hazelnuts to add to this festive weekend.

We will have special Memorial weekend discounts on several of our wines, and your $5.00 tasting fee is waived with any purchase.
