A Willamette Valley Pinot Noir with Characteristic Aromas of raspberry and black cherry give way to flavors of Red currants and vanilla. Further complexity comes across in aromas of wild mushrooms, forest floor, and earthiness. Excellent with game fish such as salmon, sturgeon or halibut, dishes with wild mushrooms, and roasted meats.
