Tasting Notes: Characteristic aromas of raspberry & black cherry give way to flavors of Red currants and vanilla. Further complexity comes across in aromas of wild mushrooms, forest floor, and earthiness. Excellent with game fish such as salmon, sturgeon or halibut, also dishes with wild mushrooms, and roasted meats.
